SCIROCCO FILTER |
The filters of "Scirocco" set has been progected for a range of models that are
able to satisfy exigencies that go from 15 to 460 mc/1' of pollutant capacity.
All models are altogether automatic, with the washing, by compressed air, of the
filtering apparatus. Their efficiency about dust exhaustion, fall withing the standard
fixed of the dry dust exhausts, that is from 99,3 to 99,6 answering then to the
antipollution rules. |

CONSTRUCTIVE FEATURES
The filter is constitued with :
- Central body in electrowelded plate, with appropriate thickness, with
external reinforcements to give sturdiness and linearity to the contruction.
- Filtering system, constituted by a set as of tubolar sleeves in industrial fabric,
that is changeable reported at the type of the dust, that are worn on proper basked.
- Washing system by compressed air, that it comprise a lung for air accumulation,
electrovalves and distributor tubes.
- Superior filter side composed of detachable shutter, to consent an easy filter maintenance.
- Hopper for the collection and the descharge of the dusts.
- Support legs.

WORKING
The filter works normally in suction and it can get until 220° C.
The powdery air, enters into the expansion chamber of the hopper, where it stores
the more heavy particles. The same air, that is still partly powdery, is obliged
to go throught the filtering apparatus where it put down the finest particles. |
